This week I'm looking at the career of Mike Blair from Bob Jordan’s interview in his book "How They Did it." After graduating from University of Missouri with a degree in math and physics he took his first job with International Harvester and then on to a consulting company. Both companies were attempting to develop automation to streamline a variety of functions. Mike saw an opening for developing an integrated package of software in the critical and complex area of human resources. Today his "Human Capital Management" software solutions are being used in over 200 large companies in North America and the United Kingdom....
